The concept of RUBICS was initiated in Lebanon in 2006 among a team of young entrepreneurs who took the challenge of focusing on delivering quality projects and services with budgets that allow small, medium and enterprise businesses to benefit.

After the Israeli war on Lebanon in 2006 and what followed of circumstances, RUBICS branched to the Gulf region and namely to Saudi Arabia where it opened its office in Jeddah in 2008.

Since Lebanon is considered a business and investment center of attraction due to its solid financial and banking sectors, RUBICS re-launched its services in Lebanon in June 2009 and started the new year of 2010 in its official new office in the heart of Beirut.

With all the bad circumstances that accompanied the initiation of RUBICS, the company developed international presence through its teams in UK, Egypt, Sudan and KSA and successfully built client and partner relations with highly reputed international organizations.
